At Thrifted.com, we want you to love your unique finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all vintage and pre-loved items. If your purchase isn't quite right, follow our simple process to return it for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Thrifted.com account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Place the items back in their original packaging with all Thrifted tags attached to ensure the garment remains in its sold condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
